This post is in honor of Rob, Mike's littlest brother. He's "going to school" in Australia for a few weeks and he had the horrible misfortune of dropping his mp3 player in the toilet. Now, my first question was, "why did you have it in the bathroom with you?" He replied, "sometimes you just need music."
Current mp3 status: not turning on, but when plugged in, a light comes on. His fingers are crossed that it'll come back to life before his 14 hour plane ride home in a couple weeks.
So, what items have you dropped in a toilet? And, did you retrieve them?
Does anyone ever go back into the rabbit archives and read old posts?
On this day in rabbit history....

Todd: I wish I could put my fingernails on pause.
So last night I was about to hop in the shower and noticed a tuft of hair that had been bugging me. I just kinda stuck up outta place so I figured I'd cut it down.
Problem was that it was storming out. When it thunders my dog Cybil is a bit afraid and sticks right with me. So I'm standing in the bathroom, clippers above head ready to cut the tuft when suddenly:
*BOOM* *bzzzzt* "SHIT!"
A loud clap of thunder made me jump a little and Cybil was right behind me and jumped. All this jumping left a nice chunk outta my hair - so I cut it all off.
Nice job eh?
To Mike!
One day late.
Why didn't I realize it was your birthday last night? Maybe I do need that calendar!
I owe you beers.
And you are old.

Mike?
I had a 5 dollar Hot N Ready and a Coke w/Lime.
I love how certain companies try to break away from the boring, classical hold music. Travel agents are the best - they get the Carribean music going - at least it gets you in the mood for a trip!
I'm on hold right now (waiting for a conference call to start) and it's this terrible keyboard/drum beat. They are completely trying to be hip, but it just doesn't work! Amusing. It's not getting me in the mood for a phone call at all!
lots of good times so far.
Easily the best part, was when John got into a fight with Dodgers/Padres legend Steve Garvey.
Yay for baseball!
I love short weeks.
Its totally almost the weekend and its supposed to be niiice!
How sweet would it be to see like 30 Santa's in the bar? I mean, you walk in and see 30 SANTAS all hanging out, drinking. It would be in Dec most likley. That group would easily take over any bar, club, etc.. they wanted too. What a great time they would have.
Hey everyone! Have a good and safe holiday weekend!
