Cheese Poll

What is your favorite cheese?

Mine is currently pepper jack. I do have quite the love for velveeta though.

Good Friday

So, Mike and I decided to be good little Catholics and go to mass this morning at 6:30 AM. Yes, you read that correctly - 6:30 AM. I get there early (of course) and see that there is only one other car in the parking lot. I assumed that I was just early. So, when Mike showed up, we got out of our cars and tried the door .... LOCKED!

Very strange. We tried to be good and it failed. We ended up going next door and having breakfast at IHOP. Not quite as religious, but very very tasty. :)

the good stuff

I can't be the only person on the planet incapable of tearing off sheets of plastic wrap. You know how it is, pull off the perfect length, brace yourself for failure, then try in vain to get the little teeth to evenly tear your sheet. You're left with a piece half as long as you wanted, since the end is all mangled and hopelessly stuck to itself. Well... NO MORE! Plastic wrap has had a revolution. Thanks to the folks at Reynolds, who apparently have a lot of time to worry about these things, we can now all have superb sheets of plastic every time. Next time you want to wrap up your cotton candy for safe keeping, don't stress about the plastic. They have introcuded the ez-slide box. They say Ez-slide, I say about friggin time. it even comes in festive colors. Check it out!
