I totally won 2nd place in a chili cookoff at work. There were only 10 entries but who cares... I took 2nd. 25 bucks and a bottle of hot sauce. YEAH BABY!
I may have to enter a state fair contest or something.
Posted by eric at October 17, 2006 10:16 PMCongrats on your 2nd place finish eric. Be careful though if you decide to move up to the next level. Those State Fair Chili Cook-Off contestants are hardcore.
Posted by: haywood at October 18, 2006 08:39 AMYeah, I am not hardcore but it would be way fun.
Posted by: eric at October 18, 2006 10:56 AMOkay...if you're serious about doing this, the first thing we need to do is come up with a name for your chili. Something catchy and original that describes your unique receipe and grabs everyone's attention.
Suggestions anyone?
