I'm down.

Give me the key too.

I don't think Mike is lame. I just think he's a worn and tired man. It's time for him to go to bed and get some sleep.

He's lost that youthful passion and that fire in his belly that makes you jump out of bed every morning and look forward to face the world with raging adrenaline.

It all happens to us now and then. Go now boy, go and get some rest. We hope you return when you are ready, but only when you are ready.

Don't live your life just going through the motions Mike. You got to feel it! Go now boy. Go and take care of yourself.

God bless you my son...

I'm in if that's okay!

Anonymous quote of the day:

"Open Source is equivalent to shoveling your driveway with a shovel for 3 hours, instead of spending the money to buy a blower to do the job in 10 minutes".

Hey John,
I asked Todd the same question the morning after he released this hyped up news.

Todds response....
"Yea, I'm still working on that.........."

Damn!
My efforts of persistant hacking are spoiled!!!
Good job on treating all input and output as pure text.

You haven't seen the end of me yet!

Since Todd mentioned today he enjoys my jabs at open source, here's another! :-)

The day that I moved from .NET to Perl gave me the same sick feeling in my stomach when I turned in my Mustang for a Ford Focus.

Ryan.NET strikes again! :-)

So I decided I’m going to start going to a therapist to help me deal with some of my anger issues I’ve had recently regarding “open source.

The following is an important aspect of life I recently learned:

You can only “suck” if you are “accountable” and “responsible” for something.

Microsoft is a perfect example of this. Microsoft is accountable for all their development tools they make, so when something is not right everyone jumps in and says they suck.

The “open source” world is set up brilliantly. Anyone can create an obscure and terrible tool that’s difficult to use and cause havoc to your project, but because no one is held accountable and no one is keeping a score-card, the name of “open source” will forever be clean.

Open Source – a world of “conformed” non-conformity.

I think I’m going to start a forum to help me deal with these issues. Either that or I can burn something...

Thanks Haywood!

I'd say you were being very generous, but I am thinking you have more nickels than I do!

ha-ha just kidding. :-)

Since no posts have been coming lately, and rather than just continuing to post weird and stupid stuff, I think I'll actually turn this website into something more productive.

I will be offering a "Japanese word of the day" everyday starting this monday. It will keep this website alive, plus keep me from posting more weird stuff...especially on a Friday night.

What the hell am I doing here on a Friday night anyway???

I was just kidding about the madogiwazoku comment Eric. I was going to say it about Todd or Mike, but I thought they'd take it seriously.

It's not like it matters, you guys never come here anyway.

wax on...wax off.

Today's word of the day is:

Nomisugita = "over drank"

Posted by: Ryan at October 16, 2006 04:21 PM

I've decided to contribute to Ryan's japanese word theme this week.

Today's Words: 死んだウサギ ...which means "dead rabbit" in japanese.

I thought this kinda fit with what has happened to our once beloved website.

Posted by: haywood at October 17, 2006 11:52 AM

I think I need to get Japanese characters installed. That's looks like a bunch of boxes.

Today's word of the day:

"Chantou Hatarakana Akande!"
means: Get your ass back to work!

A Japanese Boss usually says this to his workers when it's 10PM and someone takes a restroom break...
