Figured I would get your attention.
So Joanna and I were driving home this past Sunday from our nieces 2nd B-day. There were some downed power lines on M-59 West so we had to loop back around on HAll Rd and Mound to aviod the mess. At one point there is a one way strip of Rd. SO I turn left onto the one way (I am goign to correct way, heading back East) when I look up to see a mini-van heading right for us. Calmly I swing over into the right lane and avoid the idiot. After bitching them out for the next 30 seconds while waiting at the light we preceed through the green WHEN the ASS in front of me decides we now needs to go NORTH on Mound and takes a hard left in the middle of the intersection. I hit my brakes, the guy behind me does not.
Police report filed.
Insurance info exchanged.
Pissed off the rest of the day.
However, after reading the info I had to laugh. The guy who hit me is a very familar name to us.

I usually invite the girls over to play bridge so we can all watch him dust my knick-knacks. Our favorite part of the evening is when he gets down to clean the wooden legs of the coffee table. So I've been extremely busy lately at NHK tying up loose ends and transfering everything I know into manuals when I suddenly came up with a brilliant idea! When I start working at Eprize on September 5th, I'm going to ride my bike to work. I mean it makes more sense to me to ride my bike 2 miles (each way) for about 15 minutes instead of hopping my lazy ass into the car to drive 4 miles to the shuttle bus and then hop on and ride to Eprize another 2 or so miles.
So far the Shelby Cousins are the only ones in the club. Todd and Mike should do it too. Mike, to give you incentive, I'll pull you on a skateboard the rest of the way (like in Napolean Dynamite) if you can handle riding your bike 1 mile to my house (which is on your way anyway).
EPrize woohooo! When I come in my first day, I want to see 3 forklifts loading work onto my desk! Whatever you can't fit onto my desk, load it into the trunk of my car! I'm ready baby! The adrenaline is pumping! Just show me where I need to go to pee in the cup!
