Hey..what I really want to know is, have you decided what kind of toilet you're gonna put in there? If you haven't, do yourself a favor and splurge on a Ferguson 5000...The Cadillac of Toilets.
The Ferguson is built for power and efficiency. It only comes in white and can suck down a whole turkey in one flush (BaaaaWOOOSSSHHH)! A real man's flush.

I think it's too risky for Eric to put one of those in his bathroom. Think of what might happen if Joanna ever gets really pissed at him! If she knows anything about plumbing, she could switch the hot and cold feed lines before he uses it or, worse yet, pressurize the water.
Just something to think about...
