I love how certain companies try to break away from the boring, classical hold music. Travel agents are the best - they get the Carribean music going - at least it gets you in the mood for a trip!
I'm on hold right now (waiting for a conference call to start) and it's this terrible keyboard/drum beat. They are completely trying to be hip, but it just doesn't work! Amusing. It's not getting me in the mood for a phone call at all!

After 15 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. I did a little research and it turns out that 1 of the guys on the call thought it was tomorrow - the rest of us got to listen to the music. Now it's today at 1. I hope they show up on time....
