I'm back people - outta the hospital and super fresh.
Not quite running at full capacity yet, but I'm getting there. I'm sure most have gotten the gory details or will shortly, so I won't write them all out here.
Basically, shouldn't happen again and eat more fiber. We'll see how it goes!

That said, Fiber Choice tastes like oranges. I've been eating them for years as a hedge bet against my less than stellar dietary habits.

Sure glad to have you home! The people at the hospital were all great, though having you there was just plain scarey! So don't do it again!!!
... but I did enjoy the air conditioning perk and watching you walk around in that sexy gown :) And bottles of pop were only $1.00 ... cheaper than a gas station.
