That is my desk pumpkin.
It decorated my desk for fall.
What the heck do I do with it now? Its still solid... so I guess I feel bad about just throwing it out.
Suggestions?

I think mine would like to be Rudolph. A red-lighted nose might be a little too much of a time investment though.

Nothing says "Merry Christmas" quite like homemade ornaments. Take your littel pumpkin, paint it red, glue some glitter, beads, bangles, and such on it, and hang it on your Christmas tree! So elegant!
Or.....
This is quite efficient. Impress your friends with your craft skills. Take the pumpkin, paint it gold, stick a candle in it and give it to Dee as a wedding present! She'll treasure it for years to come!
Posted by: haywood at December 2, 2004 09:05 AMYou could also use it to get yourself on ESPN. Take it with you the next time you attend a Pistons game and chuck it at one of the players.
Posted by: haywood at December 2, 2004 10:10 AMHaywood -- love the last idea!! You must be one important person to have such an 'in' with Martha. If that's the route chosen, I just hope it doesn't get stored with the other ornaments. :)
Posted by: Jodi at December 2, 2004 10:13 AMThanks Jodi. Martha is doing just fine as the Christmas holiday approaches. She told me it only cost $5.95 to decorate her cell....an that included wall to wall carpeting! :D) Also, her favorite food in "The Joint" is the rice pudding with raisins.
