Posted by: Jeff at August 10, 2004 01:11 PMWho needs an occasion to go to Vegas? Technically, it's Jim's (as in my Jim's) birthday that weekend, so we can use that as our excuse if we need one :)
Posted by: Dee at August 10, 2004 01:15 PMBy the way - Happy Birthday Jeff!
Posted by: Dee at August 10, 2004 01:15 PMI wasn't gonna mention the big 2 8 - but Happy bDay Jeff!
Cats outta the bag.

Todd and Mike, you guys already beat me there :P
Posted by: Jeff at August 10, 2004 01:56 PMHappy Birthday Jeff!
BTW, I beat you there 19 years ago. I still feel pretty young though. If I were you, I'd start stocking up on Viagra and Depends. It's all downhill now.
Posted by: haywood at August 10, 2004 06:08 PMSo looking forward to Vegas!! Last time I was there the Excalibur was being built (and I wasn't old enough to gamble).
Happy B-Day Jeff -- Hope you had fun tonight and saved me some cake! :)
Posted by: Jodi at August 10, 2004 09:39 PMHAppy B-day Jeffrey.
VEGAS BABY...vegas....
I was there 3 years ago, stayed at MGM. Forgot my bathing suit and laid out by the pool in my boxer briefs.
THere is a resturant in Excaliber that has the best damn club sandwhich.
GOD, I wish Joanna and I could go.
MGM, Fat Tuesday's, enough said. YOu can get a frozen drinky, drink and then add extra shots of Ouzo for ONE DOLLA...so hammered...
Posted by: eric at August 11, 2004 09:01 AMEric - you both need to call in sick for 2 days and come with us!!!! Soooooooooo FUN!
Posted by: Dee at August 11, 2004 11:24 AMWe are saving for Hawaii. We just do not have the extra cash...
Posted by: eric at August 11, 2004 11:47 AM
Eric --
spend a little for Vegas, win big, pays for Hawaii. (Scared money don't what?)
I love Jodi's logic! It's perfect! You totally need to come with us!
Posted by: Dee at August 11, 2004 02:18 PMWhatever. 5k on 24 Black.....
Scared Money, don't call me out.... I am not Scared Money... I am SHARED money, as in NO LONGER MY MONEY, as in EQUAL STAKE IN CLAIM MONEY!
Posted by: eric at August 11, 2004 05:08 PMAh.....community property raises up its ugly head once again!
Wait Eric...it gets better. Mrs. Haywood put me on an allowance after our third year of marriage. Eighteen years later and I'm still on it!
If she found out how much I spent on my rabbit hats she'd probably brain me. Some advice... make sure you "tuck" a little away for yourself to use every now and then.
My wife's motto...."What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine."
Posted by: haywood at August 11, 2004 05:31 PMGuys:
You need to stand up to your woman!! Stick up for what your hard work earns!! --just have all your chores done when you do (and maybe hers too) :o}
Posted by: Jodi at August 11, 2004 06:02 PMEasy for you to say Jodi. My wife is an expert in self-defense. She doesn't know karate...but she knows frying pan.
Posted by: haywood at August 11, 2004 07:11 PMWell Haywood, I don't know much about fryin' pans! I Try not to use them :) Only solution there is to take her out to eat and order in, then you can get rid of those dangerous kitchen weapons!
Hmmm. Maybe I need to learn how to use a frying pan!! :)
