the good stuff

I can't be the only person on the planet incapable of tearing off sheets of plastic wrap. You know how it is, pull off the perfect length, brace yourself for failure, then try in vain to get the little teeth to evenly tear your sheet. You're left with a piece half as long as you wanted, since the end is all mangled and hopelessly stuck to itself. Well... NO MORE! Plastic wrap has had a revolution. Thanks to the folks at Reynolds, who apparently have a lot of time to worry about these things, we can now all have superb sheets of plastic every time. Next time you want to wrap up your cotton candy for safe keeping, don't stress about the plastic. They have introcuded the ez-slide box. They say Ez-slide, I say about friggin time. it even comes in festive colors. Check it out!

Won't work. the Ez-Slide will just gather up all the plastic wrap and make a big lump at the far end of the box. then you'll have to get the scissors out and hack it off, then undo the mess. You are right back at square one.

They just love to screw with you. They tell you it is Easy (Ez) and when you fail, you think it is your fault for the inability to execute such and EZ slider. Not your fault. It is a poor design. I say "Yellow and Blue makes Green" BABY!

It doesn't work.

We have this crap at our house. In order for it to work, you need to feed the wrap through a narrow slot so that it can be exposed to the slicing lever. Lots of luck. You waste half the roll trying to get it started through the slot. And then, after the first time you use it, you set it down on an uneven surface it rolls back through the slot and you have to start all over again! Save yourself some money, time and frustration. Use GladWare.

just because jim #1 can't handle the tremendous complexities of a sliding tab doesn't mean that i can't

I just find the fact that Mike is pushing plastic wrap so much to be very funny. I mean, has anyone ever seen the movie, "Booty Call" with Jamie Foxx? If you have, then you know the scene I am referring to.

Booty Call........not right. Yes, I remember.

Notice in the video that there are two people working the EZ Slider. That's so one of them can help apply a tourniquet when the other one lops off her finger using the slider. I hear the Surgeon General is going to put a warning on every box of this stuff. Hope your health insurance is paid up.
