So I was typing away the other day and looked down at the spacebar to see four or five little dots of wetness. Thirty seconds prior to that I was yawning and thinking, "Man, the morning is so long, only 10 am. I could have slept another hour.".
Right when I saw the wet dots on the keyboard I knew exaclty what it was and the great skill, although unintentional in this case, required to create them. During my yawn I HAD GLEEKED!!!!
Now, through the ages of 12-15 I had tried every minute of everyday to master the art but failed miserably. It was so cool to watch some unsuspecting kid get hit unknowingly with a stream of spit wheather it was during class or on the stairs or in the hallway.
Those were the days........
Posted by eric at March 18, 2004 10:02 AMI'll admit I was never more than an accidential gleeker. I was tremendously jealous of the gleek-masters though. They truly were worthy of admiration.
Posted by: mike at March 18, 2004 10:05 AMI was and still am a gleek master. Once the skill is mastered, it never leaves you, much like riding a bike.
Posted by: Jeff at March 18, 2004 10:30 AMSo Gleeking is not the same as drool?
Posted by: Ray at March 18, 2004 11:26 AMIt's a matter of voluntary vs involuntary.
Posted by: Maria at March 18, 2004 12:39 PMI once knew a guy that gleeked so much, you had to wear a raincoat when you talked to him. Anyone ever see someone who could make little tiny gleek bubbles. They are the Jedi Masters of gleeking.
Posted by: Jim at March 18, 2004 03:03 PMgleeks can be shot like weapons, drools... not so much.
Posted by: mike at March 18, 2004 04:01 PMlol. this is very amusing.
