For the last few days, I've been having that "foot not quite right in the shoe" feeling. Like my sock was bunched up wrong or something. You make an adjustment or two, and it goes away.
It finally pissed me off enough to perform a thorough investigation this morning.
My right shoe contained one wrapped toothpick.
I have no idea how it got there, or why it annoyed me less than the usual "rock so small you almost can't see it." Maybe my foot is working on its oral hygiene. Anyone need a toothpick?
Posted by mike at November 13, 2003 11:37 AMI wish we had the last 5 days worth of video that cataloged the toothpicks journey from "resturant counter top toothpick dispensor" to Mike's shoe.
Would have been sweet if the toothpick had a mini-cam in the wrapping.
Don't know why but I find it amusing.
