I don't what it is about following the regular maintainence schedule on my truck but it makes me happy. I feel like my truck loves me for changing the oil and transmission fluid. I couldn't explain how it felt to have the fuel filter changed on it.
I have confidence that my truck would never leave me stranded on the highway with a blown tire or throw a tie rod on I-75.
Mr. Reliable, thank you.

You give and give and love, but it will still run down the hall and slam its door and tell you you're the worst owner in the world at right about 50,000 miles. It won't realize how much it actually appreciates you until it gets to about 120k.

I'm not paying for it anymore though, so mine's made it to college and just comes home to do it's laundry every once and a while. Much less hassle.
The gas tank care packages are starting to add up though.
Your truck would totally "blow" a tie rod.
